This provides an immediate insight into all types of training and interventions within a knowledge-rich organization. Training courses are blended and also contain e-learning modules made in the central ILIAS library. It is important that the e-learning modules can be managed and used from AFAS Profit, including the results achieved
Solution
A seamless link between ILIAS and AFAS, making the ILIAS e-learning modules an essential part of the total training offer in AFAS. A major advantage is the integration of e-learning modules in the training offer, transparency of the costs thereof and the central management of all e-learning content, in addition the feedback of the results to AFAS for further planning of learning interventions.

Professionals of different levels, training from volunteers to substantive experts, external employees. A knowledge community is created of employees who share and exchange knowledge that is constantly up-to-date.
Step-by-step plan and proposal
Our ILIAS plugin communicates with AFAS in the cloud through the retrieval and writing of data files.
- Together with the client, we map out which data is important (courses, sessions, users, results, successful criteria, activation/deactivation)
- We configure the link together with the customer’s AFAS support and test it based on a number of concrete exhaustive test cases
- We implement the link on the production environment and the customer starts using it
- We perform project management together with a designated project manager from the client’s organization
