Service Level Agreements

We provide all these services on the basis of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).This is a type of agreement that contains agreements between the provider and the recipient of a service or product.

These can vary per service. After all, the hosting of your furnished LMS is permanently necessary. You may also find the daily availability of a help desk important, but you will not need every developed plug-in. In consultation, we determine which SLAs are most suitable for your company.
