The Future Learning consultants possess a wide range of knowledge and experience. We will support your administrators, tutors, authors and other users to learn the system and become familiar with it. The multi-hour support ticket
With the multi-hour support ticket can be at ease and in control. At ease because you can rely of professional consulting and support during every phase of the process. In control because support costs are predictable which allows for better budgeting.
The multi-hour support ticket is available in 16, 40 or 80 hours of service, payable up front. When you have a need, you use our experts when you need them. This can be remotely per hour, or on site. If on site we will always charge 4 hours.
Validity and Price
A multi-hour support ticket has a validity of one year, from the moment you purchase the ticket. The more hours you buy, the lower the hourly rate will be. Training services can be purchased separately.
